  • I like a unit being displayed- How do I get it?
  • You may choose to order online or contact / visit our nearest store for your inquiries. Refer here for the location and contact numbers.
  • How can I avail for an installment plan?
  • Installment plans can be availed inside our stores. Basic requirements to apply for installment include 2 pieces of latest 2x2 picture, photocopy of 2 valid IDs (at least 1 with your home address on it), and proof of income. Please bring the requirements, visit any Addessa branch near you.
  • How can I get discounts and/or freebies on my purchases?
  • Discounts and freebies may be availed through purchasing our promo-featured products. These are applicable for both online and store bought merchandise. You can contact any Addessa branch or get our flyers and brochures to know more about our promos for the month.
  • How long are the installment terms of Addessa?
  • Installment terms are up to 12 months depending on the unit to purchase. Please note, however, that installment plan is currently not available for online purchases. You may contact any Addessa branch here for more information.
  • What payment methods does Addessa accept?
  • For online transactions, we accept the following payment methods :
    • Cash on Delivery/Cash on Pick-up
    • Remittance Centers through LBC and Western Union
    • Bank Transfer through BDO whether Online banking or Over-the-Counter Banking
    • GCash

  • Please make payment within 5 working days to avoid your order being canceled. We will process your order for delivery as soon as payment has been received.
  • Currently, we do not accept debit / credit card payments for online purchases.
  • For store purchases, we accept cash, credit card, and cash on delivery. We are also accepting payments to any of our branches. You may contact any Addessa branch near you for more information about this payment method.
  • Can I purchase online and pay at the branch upon pick up?
  • Yes, you may choose to pay at the branch upon pick up and choose Cash on Delivery/Cash on Pick-up during online check out. Or you may still do a cashless transaction and choose to pay ahead through a remittance center or bank transfer and just present the payment confirmation at the store during pick up.
  • Do you provide an official receipt?
  • You will be provided a receipt along with your order upon delivery or pick-up.
  • I have paid through one of your payment centers, what do I do next?
  • For Remittance or Money Transfer payments, please email a copy of your payment slip with the order number shown above to helpdesk@addessa.com to fulfill this transaction. We will process your order for delivery as soon as payment has been received.
  • What is Addessa’s delivery area?
  • Addessa can deliver your purchases within the city/municipal where the branch is located and it’s nearby towns. You may refer here to locate Addessa branches.
  • Does Addessa charge delivery fees?
  • Customers can choose to pick up their orders directly without a fee or allow Addessa to deliver for a minimum charge.
    • DELIVERY COST :
      • Pick up - Free
      • P300.00 - For addresses within the municipality of Addessa Branch where Customer ordered.
      • P500.00 - For addresses outside the municipality of Addessa Branch where Customer ordered.
      • ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME : 3-5 business days
    • For Online orders, we deliver to addresses within Pangasinan province only.
  • Note: Do not accept unit/s with damages. Customer must allow the delivery personnel to demonstrate the ordered unit/s then sign on the form as proof that unit/s is/are in good condition.
  • Does Addessa allow Refund or Exchange?
  • Customers may Exchange or Refund, as long as there is a Factory DEFECT or due to mishandling or any imperfection in our service that has caused the performance of the unit to suffer, upon DELIVERY of units ONLY.

    Exchange of defective units will be processed upon report to Addessa Branch where you bought and will be replaced based on the availability of stocks.

    Refund will be process (1) one to (2) weeks upon report to Addessa where you buy.
